REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION
- Must be 60 years or older and of good moral character
- Complete Application including basic financial, personal, and health information
- Complete financial disclosure and evidence of the ability to pay for no less than 36 months
- Maintain Medicare, Blue Cross-Blue Shield, 65 Special, or other similar coverage
- Undergo a physical examination prior to admittance, then annually thereafter
- Pay all drug, medical, and doctor bills
- We request that funeral and burial arrangements be made prior to admission and that we be be provided with a copy of such
